Almost On Sabbatical

My laziest day yet... which somehow included a lot of happenings! Took the cats to the vet with Wendy (they're healthy!), brunched at Wooden Spoon and got some time with Luke, ran errands downtown, boxed with Vanessa, grabbed dinner at a new spot in Mission Bay, AND hit the Valkyries game. Got to see Amie and Andre at the game which made my night!

Today was a day of random, impromptu fun. I started the day by scoring tickets to see Jack White at my favorite concert venue the Fillmore with my buddy David. After that, I headed over to the Harvey Milk Library to pick up a special edition Valkyries library card. Spent the rest of the day grabbing lunch at Fable with my favorite neighbor Greg, watching Ayden play volleyball, and then capping it off with a quick drink at Dee’s Keys before a long-awaited dinner reservation with Wendy at the House of Prime Rib.

Spent the day running errands while dodging the Dreamforce foot traffic downtown. The highlight of the day was bumping into Gwen and Aaron at Twin Peaks. Enjoyed catching up on all the neighborhood gossip!

Another mostly travel day. A quick Houston layover featuring an airport Shiner and a new personal record of visiting four different United lounges in less than 24 hours! Glad to be home to reconnect and recharge before heading to Catalina next week.

Enjoyed another day of food, drinks, and adventures with Dad. His favorite spot today was Musical Legends Park. We made a pitstop by Erin Rose so I could grab a frozen Irish coffee. By evening, I was flying solo for a night swim at the Country Club. I met some great people and loved the energy and scenery so much I didn't want to leave!
